GEN1 – Battery Electric Drive System for Mainstream Market
The GEN1 electric drive axle is positioned as a pure electric powertrain solution for the mainstream market.
It adopts a platform-based water-cooled electric drive system with a power range of
50–150 kW, enabling flexible adaptation to various passenger vehicles.
With an integrated housing and fully built-in water channel structure, it improves heat dissipation efficiency and structural rigidity while achieving a housing weight reduction of
more than 15%.
Equipped with a self-developed Φ180 hair‑pin motor, the three-in-one assembly achieves a comprehensive efficiency of
≥ 89% under CLTC conditions.
It balances reliability, cost-effectiveness and large-scale application, making it the preferred mainstream powertrain solution for battery electric vehicles.
GEN2 – Advanced High Power Density Electric Drive System for High-End Market
The GEN2 electric drive axle targets the high-end market with a high power density oil-cooled electric drive system, covering a power range of 150–300 kW to meet the demands of high-performance vehicles.
The system adopts
800V SiC + forced reciprocating convection heat transfer technology, achieving a power density of
> 3.4 kW/kg, with faster dynamic response and stronger continuous output.
Paired with a self-developed Φ180 X‑pin oil-cooled motor, the three-in-one assembly reaches a peak efficiency of
≥ 95%.
It achieves comprehensive upgrades in high efficiency, high power density and NVH performance, supporting high-end battery electric and high-performance vehicle architectures.
GEN3 – Distributed Electric Drive System for Segment Market
The GEN3 electric drive axle is designed for high-end segments such as pure electric sports cars and hardcore off-road vehicles.
It uses a distributed oil-cooled electric drive system with
peak power over 400 kW, delivering extreme performance and passability.
Equipped with dual 800V SiC power modules and dual Φ180 X‑pin motors, the high-voltage high-efficiency architecture and dual-motor coordinated output meet the power requirements of extreme working conditions.
Special functions such as differential lock and temperature prediction model are integrated to enhance off-road escaping capability, dynamic handling and system reliability, providing an exclusive distributed powertrain solution for high-performance sports cars and hardcore off-road vehicles.
