1、Responsible for the proposal and detailed design of motors, power bridges, and DHTs, as well as the research and development design, analysis, and continuous follow-up of product prototypes and related component samples.;

2、Responsible for the technical feasibility analysis and review of motor, powertrain, and vehicle matching.;

3、Responsible for supplier selection, technical evaluation, product reliability testing, collection and analysis of wear data for front and rear components, responsible for organizing technical documentation, resolving technical issues during product manufacturing, proposing preventive measures, assisting in product testing implementation and feedback, and helping to complete other tasks assigned by superiors.。

Job Requirements:

1、Bachelor's degree or above in automotive, electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, electronics, or related fields.;

2、More than one year of experience in the design and development of automotive parts, familiar with the automotive parts development process, preferred for admission.;

3、Proficient in using 3D design software and 2D graphic software.;

4、Candidates with certain capabilities in electromagnetic scheme simulation calculations, motor structure design, and the ability to independently complete structural design, development, and optimization work for motors, bridges, and DHTs will be given priority in hiring.。
