Job Description
According to the production and operation plan, formulate the annual and monthly procurement plan for production materials, supervise the implementation of the procurement plan, and ensure material supply; carry out integrated logistics management for the company's purchased materials, including storage, sorting, and distribution, to ensure the normal operation of enterprise production.。
Job Responsibilities：
1、Procurement Plan Management：
（1）Organize the formulation and revision of the company's procurement objectives, plans, and procurement management systems.
（2）Implement the procurement plan.
2、Procurement Cost Management：
Organize procurement cost investigation, analysis, and verification, and develop a plan to reduce procurement costs.
3、Procurement Quality Management
Establish a supplier management system to evaluate and assess supplier quality performance, and continuously optimize the supply chain management system.
4、Contract, Order, and Settlement Management：
（1）Manage component orders, including order issuance, tracking, and assessment.；
（2）Responsible for coordinating production schedule arrangements with the production department.。
5、Warehousing and Logistics Management：
（1）Organize the formulation of safety stock and supervise whether each part is executed according to the maximum and minimum inventory levels.；
（2）Responsible for managing additional freight charges from suppliers, organizing the preparation of the supplier additional freight charge table for transportation costs outside of the supplier contract.；
（3）Responsible for reasonable planning and design of the warehouse, ensuring that purchased materials are stored properly upon arrival.；
（4）Responsible for evaluating and selecting logistics service providers, organizing relevant departments to assess the service quality of third-party logistics service providers, and making suggestions for improvement to the third-party logistics service providers.。
