Job Description

Job Responsibilities：

1.Participate in formulating the company's development strategy and annual business plan, organize the development and implementation of production strategic planning.；

2.Organize and implement, as well as supervise and regulate the various indicators of the production process, to achieve the company's established goals.；

3.Hold a production meeting to analyze production conditions and address major issues and challenges in the production operation process.；

4.Stay informed about quality supervision and management during the production process, establish a complete quality system, and coordinate communication and cooperation among various departments.；

5.Responsible for training and managing the subordinate management team to ensure the continuous improvement of the management capabilities of subordinate managers, enhanced coordination of work, and the achievement of various objectives.

6.Responsible for the management of equipment, facilities, safety, environment, and production, ensuring the normal conduct of various tasks such as safety, equipment, process, site management, and training in the workshop.；

7.Responsible for overall production management, improving production efficiency, and controlling production costs.；

Job Requirements：

1.A bachelor's degree or above, with at least 10 years of management experience in the machinery or new energy vehicle industry.；

2.Able to be responsible for the overall work of production, coordinating arrangements to ensure that production tasks are completed smoothly.；

3.Having relatively low production costs, a strong awareness of production control, and a robust production planning concept.；

4.Understand ISO quality management system and on-site management.；

5.Possesses excellent management skills, communication skills, and planning and execution abilities.；
